ZLCC provides education counseling, university application assistance, visa guidance, test preparation, and related services. While we make every effort to ensure successful outcomes, we cannot guarantee admission decisions or visa approvals as these are determined by respective institutions and governments.

Student Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful information in all documents
Meet application deadlines communicated by our counselors
Attend scheduled appointments and preparation classes
Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
Pay applicable fees as per our fee schedule

Fees and Payments

Initial counseling is free. Service fees vary by program and destination. A detailed fee breakdown is provided before any payment is collected. Refund policy is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

ZLCC acts as a facilitator between students and educational institutions. We are not liable for decisions made by universities, embassies, or immigration authorities. Our role is to provide professional guidance and support throughout the process.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
